Booking Terms & Conditions
All bookings can be paid via Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer and receipts will be provided. Bookings will be taken via telephone and confirmed in writing/email. The client will receive two booking forms, one to keep and the other to be signed and sent back to me with the deposit(s). A booking is not guaranteed until booking forms and deposits are received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for forms and deposits lost in the post. Please do not hesitate to give me a call if you have any questions.
- A Non-refundable 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This will reserve your date and is therefore non-refundable after a 14 day cooling off period. This will be deducted from your total bill.
- Trials are to be paid for on the day of the trial, in cash or beforehand via bacs transfer.
- The balance of payment is required either in advance or in cash on the day of the Wedding/Occasion.
- Methods of payments include: Cash, Cheque or Bank Transfer.
- Cancellation of the Wedding/Occasion date, incurs a charge of 50% of the total booking fee, if 4 weeks’ notice is given. If less than 4 weeks’ notice is give, then the total cost is payable. This is stated on your booking forms and is agreed by you, upon signing of the paperwork.
- I always like to use professional pictures from each Wedding or Occasion for my website and portfolio. If you do not wish me to use these, please let me know at the trial or on the day.
Travel Costs
All prices for the trial and wedding day include travel, if the venue is within a 10 mile radius of my business address in Royal Wootton Bassett. Bookings taken outside this area, will be charged at 0.45p per mile and added to the total amount due on your invoice. If there are parking charges at your chosen venue, please make sure that you let me know in advance. These will be an additional cost.
